The VA has given further guidance concerning vaccines for community providers and has clarified that there are no mandatory vaccines for community providers. This includes chiropractic providers who treat VA authorized patients in their own offices.
Here is their statement-
VA is not requiring community providers in their network to be vaccinated for COVID-19. However, the VA strongly encourages all community providers and their administrative staff to be fully vaccinated. VA is working with its third-party administrators (TPAs), Optum and TriWest, to also strongly recommend COVID-19 vaccines for all providers in their networks.
This means there is no mandatory vaccination for providers whether by Federal or State mandate
