2019 Workers’ Compensation Fees

Network members please not the 2019 fees for workers’ compensation is available for states who publish fees.

Note for California providers while there is a general fee schedule there is now some regional adjustments dependent on your location (Medicare localities) that increase the allowance. The network recommends to be aware of the fee schedule and request such directly from Sam but you may and should bill your “regular” rate and will be paid the maximum allowed for your region. Note as always you may not balance bill the patient beyond the fee schedule and paid amounts under the workers’ compensation system.
